Easter Brunch at Taulissa

SUNDAY BRUNCH, 5 APRIL  |  12 PM – 2.30 PM

With the arrival of warmer weather, the rooftop at Taulissa is celebrating spring with an exceptional Easter brunch, accompanied by live music. The highlight of the event: all-you-can-eat casseroles, generous and delicious, as well as a show cooking session featuring ‘Easter lamb’. The little ones will set off on an adventure during the traditional Easter egg hunt and give free rein to their creativity in a workshop, ensuring everyone makes the most of the day.

And to make this celebration even more special, our Pastry Chef unveils his exclusive Easter creation, a treat that is as elegant as it is delicious: Choco’Al.

LES COCOTTES DU DIMANCHE

Every Sunday, the Taulissa restaurant and its terrace become the setting for a gourmet and convivial brunch. Around a generous buffet, Cocottes follow one another and reveal recipes from yesteryear reinterpreted by Glenn Viel and Fred Grava: pâté en croûte, perfect egg, beef parmentier, and tarte tatin. In a warm atmosphere, with live music, facing the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains of Nice, this moment of sharing with family or friends becomes an unmissable event in Nice.

Up there, music and conviviality go hand in hand.

Taulissa's bar is adjacent to the restaurant. Here, too, Glenn Viel and Fred Grava's imagination is at work, revisiting classic cocktails and tapas. Like a boat's pontoon, under its stretched white sails, Taulissa's terrace (bar and restaurant) offers a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea. From sunrise to sunset, the horizon as far as the eye can see is the pinnacle of disconnection.
