That's how Fred Grava, Executive Chef at Taulissa, describes his relationship with Glenn Viel. While doing sports together in Courchevel, they discovered a shared passion for cooking. Their natural chemistry has enabled them to rise to every challenge, from a 2nd star at the Kilimandjaro restaurant to a 3rd star at the Oustau de Beaumanière.
Up there, at Taulissa, the two Chefs give full rein to their imagination when concocting their recipes, promising a convivial, local cuisine that is as creative as it is tasty.

« On the rooftops », Taulissa offers a 360° view of all that Nice has to offer. The colourful Provencal menu has been devised in the spirit of sharing and conviviality. The Chef offers dishes that are simple and generous, gourmet and surprising, with tasty sauces and a touch of madness. The service is full of surprises, right down to the recipes’ final touches, which are sometimes performed right in front of your amazed eyes.

Taulissa's bar is adjacent to the restaurant. Here, too, Glenn Viel and Fred Grava's imagination is at work, revisiting classic cocktails and tapas. Like a boat's pontoon, under its stretched white sails, Taulissa's terrace (bar and restaurant) offers a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea. From sunrise to sunset, the horizon as far as the eye can see is the pinnacle of disconnection.
